As usual, our brilliant team was hard at work over the last month continuing to make our product the most user-friendly way to buy software in 2024.
Because buying B2B software should not be so freakin’ hard.
In May, a huge focus was spent on making sure you get paid. Cuz otherwise, what’s the point of all this?
To that end, we made some product updates that’ll make it easier for you to ensure you are getting your money exactly the way you want.
Let’s get into some of our faves:
To be clear, in this case, “the fat lady” refers to the payment actually going through.
Basically what we’re saying is that you will now be notified immediately about any failed payments or errors when closing your deal and it will not be considered “closed won” until it’s sorted out.
This way, you won’t forget to sort out any issues with the payment.
Getting paid is fun. But getting paid by check is... well, not as fun.
You can now opt out of having the 'pay by check' instructions on future invoices and the buyer paywall.
This way, if you love checks, power to you! But if not, just click to remove the option.
In case you’re a world traveler, we now support international banking that accepts payments in USD.
The solution is triggered based on the buyer's location.
The more orders you have, the more cash you’re bringing into your business. But on the flip side, it also means you’ll have a lot more orders to sift through if you’re looking for a specific one.
That’s why we’ve introduced search and sorting for your orders view to make your lives easier!
You can now sort by the customer, description, created date, start date, end date, TCV, and Attributed to columns.
Plus, you can now search by customer, attributed to, order ID or subscription ID values.
Creating a better way to sell software ain’t for the faint of heart.
It requires rethinking a sales process that has been in place for a long time and rebuilding it in a more efficient way, brick by brick.
And that’s what we are determined to do here at Salesbricks. We are starting a revolution to make buying B2B software as easy as B2C.
